PARTY" against THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION lodged on 1 November 2005
LETTER on submission of additional documents which became available
recently
I forward copies of the following documents, which vindicate that
SVERDLOVSK OBLAST REGIONAL BRANCH OF THE POLITICAL PARTY "RUSSIAN
LABOUR PARTY" did not make any decision as to the change of its name
and did not elect certain communist deputy Zmeev Boris Nikolaevich as
new head of the regional branch.
Attached documents vindicate that change of the name of SVERDLOVSK
OBLAST REGIONAL BRANCH OF THE POLITICAL PARTY "RUSSIAN LABOUR PARTY"
was documented by the state organ without decision of the common
meeting of party members of the regional branch.
Decision of the Committee of Sverdlovsk regional branch of the
political party "Patriots of Russia" on the election of the head of
the Committee is signed by the head of the Committee himself - Boris
Nokolaevich Zmeev (see appendix No. 1). This are not minutes of the
common meeting of the party and not even an extract from the minutes.
Based on this fraud document submitted by pretender B.N. Zmeev, Bureau
of the Federal Registration Service in Sverdlovsk oblast issued
conclusion on entering changes in data on SVERDLOVSK OBLAST REGIONAL
BRANCH OF THE POLITICAL PARTY "RUSSIAN LABOUR PARTY" (see appendix No.
2 -- Conclusion No. 3586). On the basis of Conclusion No. 3586 Bureau
of the Federal Registration Service in Sverdlovsk oblast issued Order
on registration of changes in data on SVERDLOVSK OBLAST REGIONAL
BRANCH OF THE POLITICAL PARTY "RUSSIAN LABOUR PARTY" (see appendix No.
3 -- Order No. 04-7-257 of 19.01.2006). On 23.06.2006 Bureau of the
Federal Registration Service in Sverdlovsk oblast issued Certificate
on state registration (incorporation) of Sverdlovsk regional branch of
the political party "Patriots of Russia" (see appendix No. 4).
We were able to get hold of mentioned documents only recently.
