   I acknowledge receipt on 27 March 2013 of your letter of 26 March 2013
   enclosing  the  applicant's  observations  in  reply  to  those of the
   Government  on  the  above applications, together with claims for just
   satisfaction  under  Article  41 of the Convention. I take note of the
   proposal regarding a friendly settlement of the cases.

   A  copy  has been sent to the Government, who have been invited, by 10
   May 2013, to react to the applicant's proposal on friendly settlement,
   and  to  submit to the Court by 10 May 2013 any comments they may wish
   to   make  on  the  claims  for  just  satisfaction  and  any  further
   observations they wish to make

   .

   I  would  remind  you  that  your  submissions  in  one of the Court's
   official languages should reach me by 24 April 2013 at the latest.
